Getting Started with ACHS
Welcome! Congratulations on taking the first step toward bettering your life and the lives of those in your community with accredited holistic health training from ACHS.
To begin, please follow these five easy steps:
- Review the ACHS program information online here
- Complete the ACHS Intake Assessment online here
This online assessment will provide your admissions advisor with the information he or she will need to evaluate your application and make a preliminary recommendation for your admission. Your assessment will then be evaluated by the ACHS Admissions Committee for final approval.
- Submit your transcripts:
All applicants are required to submit an official, unopened high school diploma, state approved equivalency or College transcripts for undergraduate study or official transcripts demonstrating conferral of a U.S. Department of Education approved accredited Bachelors degree for graduate study. Send official, unopened transcripts by mail to: ACHS, 5940 SW Hood Ave, Portland, OR 97239. Official transcripts may also be emailed to admissions@achs.edu if your previous institutions provides electronic official transcripts.
- If applying for graduate study, submit one letter of recommendation from a suitable professional reference.
- Once accepted, register for classes and pay tuition for your first semester. Your admissions advisor will assist you with the tuition options and cohort start times available for the program in which you’ve been accepted.
- Sign and return the physical copy of your enrollment contract to the Registrar.
- You will receive a confirmation email from the Registrar including your online login details so you can get started with the ACHS online orientation and tutorial. You will also receive mailed confirmation of your registration to the College with your welcome kit or course materials.
- Your course materials and related information will be shipped to you. You will be able to log into your class on your class start date.
