The ACHS Reporter

Volume 15 / Issue 2 February 2012

Dear Readers:

The groundhog saw its shadow this year, but not to worry -- spring is on the way!

No waiting around. There is a lot to do this month. Here, at ACHS, we're celebrating the launch of our new website, and we couldn't be happier to share this achievement with you! We invite you to read more about our new website's features and benefits below.

We're also getting ready for a fantastic on-campus event with our own herbal medicine instructor Scott Stuart: Health and Culinary Benefits of Nettle. If you're in the Portland area, mark your calendar - this is a free event February 22 from 12-1 p.m. If you're unable to attend in person, post your questions for Scott on ACHS Facebook here, and we'll be sure to share them with him in advance. Plus, we'll post a video of the event to ACHStv on YouTube for you soon after!

And last, but not least ... let's not forget Valentine's Day! Spread the love this month - talk to your friends, family, and coworkers about the importance of heart health in honor of American Heart Month. For heart health tips to share, bookmark the ACHS Holistic Health News Blog for frequent posts.

Enjoy this month's edition of The Reporter below!

Best regards ~
