Meets the education requirements and is approved by the Institute of Aromatic Medicine UK (IAM)

Meets NAHA Level Two curriculum requirements and is approved by NAHA.

Qualifies graduates to obtain Aromatherapy practitioner liability insurance through ABMP.

Is approved for continuing education credit for massage therapists, registered nurses, and veterinarians.

Diploma in Aromatherapy Requirements:
Assessment
Each component of this Diploma program requires
a passing score on written assignments, practical lab work, and the
final exam. Once you have achieved this for each component of the
Diploma program, you can apply to be awarded the Diploma in
Aromatherapy.
Prerequisites:
An admissions interview and recommendation for admission from the Dean of Admissions.
Study Time:
Students may fast-track your studies to complete in as little as 18 months. Students must complete all program requirements
within five years of enrollment to be eligible for the Diploma. Study time recommended for each course is 9 hours per week.
Credit:
Graduates will have completed at least 27 credits for the Diploma. Graduates are awarded the Diploma in Aromatherapy.
Liability insurance available. Graduates can
apply for membership with the Institute of Aromatic Medicine UK (IAM)
and Holistic Aromatherapist membership with NAHA. Graduates can sit the
National Examination in Aromatherapy sponsored by the Aromatherapy
Registration Council and become a Registered Aromatherapist. Visit www.aromatherapycouncil.org for more details.
Graduates are also eligible for practitioner liability insurance through the ABMP. Product liability insurance is also available.
