About the Teleconference
In this teleconference, ACHS Instructor Deryl Gulliford, RRT, MHA, FAAMA, will discuss the epidemiology, pathophysiology, and natural approaches to the management of asthma. Specific topics will include diet, exercise, supplements, immunity, elimination of triggers, and Oriental Medicine.

About Deryl Gulliford
ACHS Instructor Deryl Gulliford RRT, MHA, FACCA is a licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner based in Oklahoma. He graduated from the Ohio State University School of Allied Medical Professions, holds a Masters in Community Health Administration from the University of Cincinnati, and completed a fellowship from the British National Health Service in London.
    Deryl is a Diplomate of the American Academy of Medical Administrators, Fellow of the American College of Cardiovascular Administrators. He has served as CEO of three hospitals since 1993, including Community Memorial Hospital in Defiance County, Ohio, which made the “Top 100 Hospital” list of Modern Healthcare magazine.
   In his spare time, Deryl is active at the Board level in Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Hospice, the American Lung Association, and the American Heart Association. He says, “My wife Terrie helps me at every step of the way and tries to keep up with our three amazing kids, Carrie 24, Jake 19, Lorrie 16, and granddaughter Makina, age 7.”
